Warranty Policy – AyanShop.Pk

Welcome to AyanShop.Pk. Please read our warranty terms carefully before purchasing any product.

1. Defective Products Reporting

Any defective item must be reported to our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order.

2. Warranty Period

All electrical products come with a 1-month warranty starting from the date of delivery.

3. Repair Policy

During the warranty period, products will be repaired if issues occur.

4. Replacement Policy

If a product cannot be repaired, it may be replaced depending on stock availability.

5. Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty will be void if:

  • Product is opened or tampered with by the customer
  • Unauthorized repair is attempted
  • Product is not used according to the instruction manual

6. After Warranty Expiry

No repair requests will be accepted after the warranty period ends.

7. Product Accessories

We only provide original accessories included in the product packaging. No extra or loose parts will be supplied.

8. Customer Responsibility

AyanShop.Pk is not responsible for:

  • Misuse or negligence by the customer
  • Damage during improper handling
  • Issues caused during customer-side usage

9. Refund Policy

No refund will be issued during the warranty period if the product can be repaired or replaced.

10. Warranty Shipping

  • Customer must send the product to our warehouse at their own expense for warranty claim
  • Return delivery charges (after repair/replacement) will be covered by AyanShop.Pk under warranty terms

11. Return Deduction Policy

If a product is returned for any reason, a 30% deduction may apply based on invoice value.
